I have an English woodburning Esse Cooker (like a Rayburn) which makes beautiful pastry so I decided to start baking pies. Few friends have tried them and suggested I sell them, so here we are.

Anyone living in the Alvaiazere area who is interested I sell individual pies for 1,50 euro or 4 for 5 euro. So far I have made Chicken & Pork, and Steak & Kidney. I have been asked for Meat & Potato, so they will be next and I might do a vegetarian option if there is enough interest. I sell them cooked and frozen and have Steak & Kidney currently in the freezer.

I only make them in small batches so if you are interested then PM me to let me know what you would like.

I would also consider swapping pies for other items of like value...making it a bit like a co-operative. Again PM me if interested.

This is not going to be a big business, I'm just bringing a bit of English Home Cooking to Portugal. I know many people in the area living in caravans who do not have good cooking facilities or time and have really enjoyed my pies.
